ESP provides tailored global rapid response break fix IT services to the travel related industry, who demand a single point of contact, central management and local service delivery all to industry best-practice standards.

Today ESP is delivering effective and consistent service in over 50 countries through a combination of in-country teams and a carefully managed partner program of like-minded companies.

The 2008 Asia Pacific Summit was held in Hong Kong with the agenda of reviewing the application of technology, values and achievements in real-world scenarios. In attendance were key personnel from our partners who represent some of the region’s leading service providers. Present from ESP were Darren Richardson (MD), Chris Earl (Client Manager), Kiran Tailor (Global Partner Manager), Jerome Chan (ASPAC Service Delivery Manager), Ben Ngai (ASPAC Centre of Excellence) and representatives from EDS.

Kiran Tailor presented ESP’s vision for the program and then hosted interactive break-out sessions to further explore new innovative approaches with the partners. He commented, “This was a very valuable opportunity for me to meet with our Asian partners and learn from their unique insight into the local market places. They welcomed our launch of new technologies for capturing real-time incident data and proactive methods of spares management”.

Darren Richardson expressed the importance of regular partner meetings as a key enabler for delivering a global support solution. “Our customers rightly expect excellent service wherever they operate in the world and the ESP partner program has the tools, processes, partners and commitment to meet their expectations”

ESP’s European Partner Summit will be held at next year’s Passenger Terminal Expo where ESP will be exhibiting on stand 391264 at the London ExCel Centre. The Passenger Terminal EXPO is the biggest international airport terminal conference and exhibition in Europe and will take place on the 24th, 25 and 26th March 2009.
