VespA Desktop provides a managed desktop service for the airline industry. Supporting both front and back of house applications, from running Passenger Check-in applications to Microsoft Excel.
Leveraging on ESP’s experience in maintaining airline systems over the past 20 years, the solution is designed for high availability and ease of support. Using remote management tools and virtualisation technologies we simplify the solution and provide a mechanism to easily deploy and manage software. Minimising components that are needed to be installed on-site we reduce the overhead of operating the solution.
VespA Desktop includes support for thin clients, application virtualisation and low cost printers. The solution allows the airline/handler/airport’s software to be deployed and includes AEA device support.
