ARINC, the world leader in transportation communications and systems engineering has selected ESP to provide support services for their iMUSE installation at Belfast International Airport.

ARINC’s leading Multi-User System Environment (MUSE®) technology allows many airlines to share the same gates and desks through a common workstation, maximising airport operations efficiency.

Belfast International Airport is one of Ireland’s most rapidly growing airports and has recently been voted the passenger’s favourite airport on the island. Passenger numbers have already to passed 5m a year and to support this expansion ARINC’s iMUSE Express has been chosen. This is a compact, inexpensive, easy-to-set up system that allows agents to check in passengers, print boarding passes, and check baggage from almost anywhere. Its low cost, flexibility and simple installations makes it a very appealing product for small regional airports.

ESP has been chosen to support the iMUSE installation at Belfast International because of our well proven record in producing and implementing support solutions across a diverse selection of airport locations, considering not only the support levels required, but the operational hours of the site, the geography, the peaks and troughs of the loading patterns and statutory requirements such as health and safety and security.
