Travelport is a technology company servicing the travel industry.

Travelport owned Galileo GDS is the leading GDS provider in the Middle East. This project will see new investment in greater direct distribution through their own operations.

Their strategy includes establishing new, highly-efficient direct support networks in UAE and Saudi Arabia. Travelport has selected ESP to provide a cost-effective solution to transition services currently provided by their distributors to services provided directly by Travelport.

ESP has been awarded the project to manage all IMAC activities related to this project working alongside our MEA partners. This will include the ongoing hardware/software support under a 3 year Managed Services Agreement. Travelport chose ESP against organisations such as SITA and IBM. The Travelport Management Team recognise ESP as their prime services provider for their EMEA customers, with this project being a natural expansion to the services that ESP currently delivers.
