Worldspan is the global leader in Web-based travel e-commerce and a foremost provider of travel technologies and services for thousands of travel-related companies worldwide, including airlines, travel suppliers, travel agencies. Worldspan is a brand of Travelport, the world’s largest network of travel brands, content and services.
Under this project ESP shall perform technical support and maintenance services on hardware and software at Worldspan Agencies located in over 20 countries across EMEA using ESP’s own resources supplemented by its carefully managed global network of Service Partners. This gives Worldspan a single point of contact for management of its distributed customer environment. Centrally managed but locally delivered to a consistent price & quality.
