Kevin Bull joins ESP as Project Services Manager
Kevin joins ESP from his role at a&o where he successfully delivered numerous service transition and desktop deployment projects along with management of the a&o Project Services Team. Prior to his time at a&o he worked in the Airport Services Project Management team at SITA where he successfully managed the implementation of numerous airport specific IT systems including airline and WAN communication circuits, LAN and Wireless LAN infrastructure, multiple client server systems with standard desktop and bespoke hardware devices.
When asked why Kevin has accepted a position at ESP, he replied “Having been a customer of ESP in the past, I am very aware of their extremely high customer focus and flexibility. Everyone I have worked with has really shown such a high level of dedication and a need to exceed customer expectations. I am really keen to take on the challenge of improving the Project Management services ESP can offer their clients in what promises to be the most exciting period of growth in the company’s history”.
Andy Jenner Joins ESP as Head of Operations
We are delighted to announce that Andy Jenner has to joined ESP in the role of Head of Operations. This role is pivotal to the development of our business and one of the key positions that will drive our “good to great” culture.
Andy’s career spans over 20 years in operational management of IT services in customer facing and commercial roles within the digital pre-press, IT, air transport and technology markets. In the past he was worked for such companies as The Telegraph Newspaper, Compel( now part of SCC), SITA and most recently a&o Systems and Services.
He brings to esp a wealth of domestic and international experience in managing all aspects of operational delivery, with a history of success in delivering SLA's, driving up customer satisfaction and incremental revenues balanced with a track record in P&L management, delivering cost savings, efficiency improvements and tight budgetary control.
ESP Moves from Good to Great
UK based ESP has moved its headquarters to a new custom built facility close to the M4 corridor and 30 mins from London’s Heathrow Airport. The new 3,000 square metre office boast such facilities as; its own data centre, whole building UPS with back-up generator; Service management suite with AOC; Specific desktop rollout and network configuration lab; and 650 square metre workshop . Darren Richardson, MD says “we started the company in 1992 and have established a reputation for providing superior Global IT Support and Maintenance Services, the new facility will give us the opportunity to do more for our existing clients but also attract new customers that require more than just support and maintenance services.” More>>
ESP Acquires New International HQ
ESP is a specialist provider of bespoke IT support and infrastructure solutions internationally to the Air Transport Industry.
Supporting household names across the globe using 150 directly employed staff and a Global Support Network of like-minded businesses has placed space pressure on our current HQ premises.
The new facility will also be located in Reading and will provide two times the current office / workshop space and six times the storage space, as well as a new state of the art data centre to support our new product lines.
“The move to a new premises will give us the infrastructure we need to expand within the ATI and beyond into new markets”, commented Darren Richardson, Managing Director. “This is a very exciting time for ESP.”
The move is expected to occur towards the end of the year.

Christine will bring her extensive knowledge and experience to ESP’s Regional Business Development Team, where she will be integral to the progression and implementation of some of the new initiatives being undertaken, that will create some exciting opportunities for ESP into the future.
ESP Facilitates the KLM / AF GS IT Merger Using State of Art MPLS, Windows Server 2008 and Thin Clients
ESP was given the brief to consolidate the AFSL and KGS IT infrastructures with upgraded application and backup servers. Specifically a solution was required that would connect all offices with capability to expand as required, merge existing e-mail and data from both companies, enable remote working from all locations and provide a state of the art backup solution.
