For customers who do not require ESP’s field services access to our enviable workshop services is still possible through a Spares, Repairs and Logistics contract.
The full range of services are available ranging from reactive ad hoc repairs to full logistical support. An example of the latter would be as follows:

Customer provides ESP with a stock of spares. |

Customer attends service call and identifies faulty spare. |

Spare requirement is logged with ESP. |

ESP dispatches a working spare in a custom made flight case. |

Customer installs spare and returns faulty unit to ESP in the flight case utilising return paid freight service. |

ESP repairs faulty unit and returns it to the spares stock. |
