Spares, Repairs and Logistics

 

For customers who do not require ESP’s field services access to our enviable workshop services is still possible through a Spares, Repairs and Logistics contract.

The full range of services are available ranging from reactive ad hoc repairs to full logistical support.  An example of the latter would be as follows:

Customer provides ESP with a stock of spares.
Customer attends service call and identifies faulty spare.
Spare requirement is logged with ESP.
ESP dispatches a working spare in a custom made flight case.
Customer installs spare and returns faulty unit to ESP in the flight case utilising return paid freight service.
ESP repairs faulty unit and returns it to the spares stock.
