New Business Sales Manager– South – Competitive Salary + Commission + Car Allowance



Are you looking for your next role within Sales? We are a successful and expanding international IT Services company looking to increasing the head count within the current Sales team. There is now the need to employ a New Business Sales Manager who shall focus on securing new incremental revenue by onboarding new customer accounts. The role will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities and converting them into contracted business. Leading and managing the business tender process, producing compelling and competitive bids for new business opportunities from proposal submission through to contract award.


We are ideally seeking an individual who shall be based in the southern region of the UK.
 

  • Pro-actively research and identify new sales opportunities and develop positive relationships with potential customers positioning ESP in the best possible light for winning new business.
     
  • Achieve quarterly revenue growth targets so that ESP can achieve its target annual growth.

  • Where required, organise and produce fully compliant RFP responses which comply with Company standards and formats as well as cost and pricing requirements.
     
  • Monitor and evaluate the success rates and conversions, including forecasting and maintaining the CRM system on all related sales activity to provide routine status reporting to the Management Team on the status of multiple tasks, functions, proposals in the bid pipeline.
     
  • Conduct a formal bid review process on any new bids as required to have the correct resource allocated to achieve bid deadline.
     
  • Prepare and deliver Customer presentations
     
  • Fulfil the role of "lead negotiator / presenter" for bids in area of expertise ensuring all relevant departments are providing the required input.

     

What Competencies/ previous experience do you need to have to be considered?

  • Considerable experience required in sales account management within the IT Industry
     
  • Polished presentation and interpersonal skills
     
  • Demonstrable experience of selling to ITO’s, OEM’s, SI’s, via channel or direct
     
  • Ability to generate new sales opportunities and onboard through to contracted business
     
  • In depth knowledge and sales success in Managed Services for regional and global companies encompassing Lifecycle Services, Desktop EUC, Enterprise, DC, Helpdesk, Staffing and Logistics.
