Payroll & Benefits Specialist, Reading
ESP Global Services are currently recruiting a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join the HR team based in our Reading Head Office. We directly employ c.450 people in 20 countries around the globe and, working with our in-country external payroll providers and internal Finance team, you will be responsible for proactively ensuring that all payrolls are processed accurately. In addition, you will manage the administration of all benefits liaising with benefits providers in multiple countries. You will be an integral part of our friendly HR team which also includes Generalist HR and Talent Acquisition and will report to the HR Manager.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has a real eye for the detail and relishes the opportunity to embrace new challenges.
