ESP Global Services are currently recruiting a Pricing Sales Support to join our Bids & Proposals team based in our Reading Head Office. Reporting into the Bids and Proposals Manager this is an exciting time to join ESP as we are rapidly growing and are diversifying into new markets.

What does the role of Pricing Sales Support look like?

  • Responding to initial Requests for Information (RFI) or indicative pricing enquiries in the early / initial sale stages in a timely manner, ensuring the right first impressions are made and our emphasis on customer service is evident.
  • Producing client quotations using agreed standard rate cards or other agreed pricing templates
  • Developing and maintaining a purchase order tracker for the Sales Group to ensure all purchase orders are recorded and can be readily accessed by various departments
  • Developing and maintaining a tracker of all bids & pricing requests to ensure that all bids and proposals meet required deadlines
  •  Cross checking customer pricing requests against CRM entries and flagging any inconsistencies / errors with the relevant Sales Account Manager to ensure that all opportunities have been registered correctly

What Competencies/ previous experience do you need to have to be considered for the role of Pricing Sales Support?

  • High degree of numeracy and attention to detail
  • Proven experience of pricing new opportunities 
  • Proven experience working in a sales administration/ sales support role
  • Excellent MS office skills in Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Excellent communicator both verbally and written
