Service Delivery Administrator - Reading

What does the role of Service Delivery Administrator involve?
 

  • You will be providing support to a number of our valued customers.
  • Act as the point of contact for our customers
  • Assist with escalations and customer queries for these customers
  • Ensure all processes are created and updated when necessary
  • Ensure all required customer documentation is created and maintained in line with the contractual agreements
  • Identify any potential sales opportunities and share them with the Account Manager
  • Create all Service Level reports using appropriate tool i.e. Excel, ServiceNow, Word etc
  • Run Service Reviews with these customers as agreed
  • Own the invoicing for each of these customers
  • Own internal and external queries and escalations
  • Provide contingency for Service Delivery Management team for sickness and holidays when required
  • Work closely with the account managers for these customers to ensure alignment and facilitate wherever necessary
  • Seek, identify and implement service improvements which benefit both ESP and the customer

     

What Competencies/ previous experience do you need to have to be considered?

  • Proven experience within and administration or coordination role
  • Ability to work accurately with financial information
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure unsupervised
  • Organised, methodical approach to workload, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload
  • Good Excel and Word skills
  • Positive “can do attitude”
  • Ability to identify improvements
  • Adaptability to work in an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to form excellent working relationships internally and externally
  • Team Player
  • Ownership of tasks through to completion

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 0900- 1730
 

Location: Reading (may need to travel to some of our customer locations)
