Our client’s challenge
Avis Budget Group has numerous sites across Europe. As such, it has a continual requirement for additional and replacement IT hardware for each of its locations. The company centrally manages its procurement and installation needs from its HQ in Bracknell, and needed an IT partner it could trust to efficiently and reliably supply approved IT hardware resources to all its locations in Europe.

We proposed producing a monthly catalogue of Avis Budget Group’s approved IT hardware, against which we would place orders for the company, and introducing stock holdings of the most frequently procured equipment. The stock would be held at ESP HQ and shipped in time for our expert technicians to arrive on-site and install it. Over the past two years, the procurement process has been streamlined into what is now a slick, effective and valuable supply chain method.
