Our service desk careers will have you working as a primary point of contact for end-users, supporting customers as well as on-site technicians. You will be working as part of a team to help ensure that IT operations are efficiently tracked, managed, and reported in a smooth, efficient, and consistent manner.

Come work as part of a team to drive excellent service delivery to all customers.
Maintain high standards of IT customer service.
Log, monitor, process, review, and chase tickets for timely resolution.
Carry out call management in priority order.
Ensure that all activities are added to call management toolsets, or any relevant customer databases to enable continuous support from ESP’s global service desks.
Use and update online documentation to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
