The ESP team is thrilled with the ongoing success of our relationship with global IT services company Wipro, which has seen us score yet another IT support contract. This time, we are providing end user support to a pharmaceuticals company that specialises in supporting people with rare diseases around the world – by delivering our expert managed workforce solution. We have already implemented our managed workforce for a number of Wipro’s clients, including other well-known healthcare brands, and a global ingredients producer, so we are perfectly in tune with Wipro’s approach and offering, which will help us deliver an efficient, streamlined solution that is fully tailored to their customer’s exact business needs.
The pharmaceuticals giant recently acquired a biopharmaceutical company, and its end user requirements have consequently increased. As such, the ESP team has been appointed to deploy a team of expert full-time engineers at their multiple global locations, to provide support to its end users. As can be seen from our ongoing work with Wipro, we have a strong track record of delivering teams across the world. This contract is particularly exciting, though, as it also incorporates field services, and so will enable us to show the true extent of our expertise. It is also has a focus on the US – where we are actively seeking to grow awareness of our capabilities.
