ESP returned to Cologne this month to exhibit at the Passenger Terminal Expo – the world’s largest and most prestigious annual airport conference and exhibition. This is the 12th time that we have exhibited at the event, and will certainly not be the last. Attending the expo is a fantastic opportunity to network with other CEOs and managers in the aviation industry, and properly showcase our offering in a specialist environment.
What is the Passenger Terminal Expo?
The free, three-day event is attended by some of the biggest names in the aviation industry, as well as a wide variety of smaller aviation businesses and start-ups. There are generally more than 225 companies exhibiting, and the event is unique in that it brings together organisations from the airport and airline sectors – from airport management, city officials, civil aviation authorities and consulting engineers to airport communications, airport security, passenger handling and design consultancies. The aim of the event is to help aviation companies find solutions to enhance efficiency, safety and customer satisfaction.
The Passenger Terminal Expo is the perfect chance for the ESP team to talk to visitors about our latest airport solutions, and our specialist suite of IT services for airports and airlines. It enables us to show the solutions in action, and demonstrate to potential clients how user-friendly the systems are. As well as this, by meeting visitors face to face, we are able to build trust by conveying our company culture and values (e.g. our dedication to customer service, the expertise of our team and the bespoke nature of our products and services).
