ESP exhibits at the Passenger Terminal Expo 2017 in Amsterdam

01-03-2017

Between the 14th and 16th of March 2017, ESP exhibited at the Passenger Terminal Expo for the 13th time. The event was held in Amsterdam this year (it took place in Cologne last year). We really enjoy attending the expo as it gives us an opportunity not only to generate new sales, but also to meet our clients in person; many of our clients attend the event every year, so it is an ideal time to catch up with them and find out what is new in their business.

This year, our attendance at the expo was particularly pertinent, as it is both ESP's 25th and the Passenger Terminal Expo's 20th anniversary year. As it is visited by some of the biggest names in the aviation industry (some of whom have partnered with ESP from the start), we felt that being with our customers at the event was a fitting way to celebrate our milestone.

ESP's buzzing stand

As always, we were delighted to see that ESP's stand was one of the busiest at the expo this year. We have built up quite a reputation with attendees for being the go to' stand at the event, which is partly due to our encouragement of customers to just come and go as they like, rather than them having to book an appointment or being confined to a time slot. This works well for us, as it means that attendees might revisit our stand multiple times, perhaps bringing new faces (their own customers or suppliers, for example) with them each time. As well as enabling us to build up our base of contacts for sales purposes, getting to know everyone involved in our customers companies helps with streamlining our offering for them.

So, with the Passenger Terminal Expo 2017 behind us, we are already very much looking forward to next year's event. If you are attending in 2018 (Stockholm), feel free to stop by for a chat!
