ESP Global Services collaborate with Brock Solutions for traveler peace of mind

ESP has partnered with world-class airport and airline technology providers, Brock Solutions (Brock), to offer travelers the ability to track their luggage throughout the airport journey.

Tarrytown, NY – Leaders in their respective fields, this international collaboration pairs Brock’s industry leading SmartBag Baggage Reconciliation System (BRS) with ESP’s professional managed service offerings for LATAM Airlines Group (LATAM). With subsidiaries in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, and Peru, LATAM is the largest airline in Latin America.

Aligning the Brock SmartBag BRS with ESP’s support services, this project is geared up to improve overall bag room performance with a reduced amount of mishandled and delayed bags. With airport staff equipped with the latest technology for tracking baggage and dedicated IT support, this partnership alleviates strain on customer and airport resources while improving the traveler experience.
