ESP is one of the London Stock Exchange’s 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain!

07-06-2018

We are delighted to announce that ESP has been included in the London Stock Exchange’s 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain 2018 report! This is a fantastic accolade and is a worthy recognition of the amazing work of our teams across the globe.

Our inclusion on the list means we are one of the UK’s fastest-growing companies across multiple sectors and regions. The service sector, in which we operate, is a massive 80% of UK GDP and our industry, information technology, is the second largest contributor to that figure.

ESP has grown 36% year on year for the last three years as we continue to listen to our customers and deliver the services they require. The globalisation of the IT service industry is requiring its suppliers to have a true understanding of the complexities of delivering effective service to its end-users, wherever they are located. Our phenomenal growth can be directly linked to our programme of localisation, where we have opened sites across the globe. This has built comfort and credibility with our customers as they have contact points in their working day and a better visibility of their supply chain, and has developed staff engagement who feel more secure with a direct employment relationship.

As well as focusing on global expansion, we have dramatically enhanced the efficiency of our IT services and solutions during this period, and worked with our customers to develop tools that greatly simplify the flow of information - from the end-user, to the technician contact, all the way through to reporting.

It is a huge privilege to have made the list and a welcome reminder that our team’s hard work and expertise are continuing to pay off! We look forward to many more years of growth.
