Following our recent opening of offices in Argentina and Switzerland earlier this year, we are proud to say that we have just added another new branch to our global network – our Colombia office. This latest addition to ESP's strategically placed regional branches will act as a key hub for our operations in Latin America (LATAM), enabling us to improve, localise and streamline our service delivery in LATAM regions. In recent years, ESP has grown its network of branches around the world. We now have branches in Australia and Singapore (both added in 2015), as well as Mexico, Trinidad, Portugal, Ireland, Belgium, Spain, Greece, Italy, Germany, the Philippines, Hong Kong, the Netherlands, the USA and the UK (our HQ).
The benefits of ESP’s new Colombia office
Having a regional office in Colombia will mean that we can continue to grow our offering for LATAM locations. We will be able to have a highly trained workforce on hand at the centre to manage our projects in the area and provide a personalised, local service for our clients, with our engineers engaging directly with them. We always like to have a locally registered branch for our clients in global locations, as we know that a physical presence is important for many of them. Through our Colombia team, we will be able to more efficiently provide our service delivery management, IT service desk and technical support solutions to clients in LATAM regions, as well as being able to react there and then to local issues.
