As the latest step in the company’s global expansion, ESP has just opened a new regional operations centre in Argentina. This is hugely exciting news, as we also opened two new centres in 2015 (Australia in July and Singapore in September). We already deliver our IT support services to a solid client base in South America, but operating from a dedicated centre in Argentina will enable us to provide a better service to our customers.
Our supported locations currently include Latin America, the Caribbean, the Far East, Central Southern Asia, Europe, Australasia and the US. As the demand for our IT support services continues to grow globally, we hope to open more regional operations centres and offices around the world that will enable us to provide local entities for all our customers.

There are many rules and regulations in South America and every country operates its own version of them. In particular, commercial rules vary widely and there are constraints on the movement of people and finances. When providing IT support to businesses on the continent, it is essential to know about these rules and regulations and be able to navigate them on the client’s behalf – which we are now in a great position to do.
Our centre in Argentina will be managed by a local Regional Field Services Manager that will coordinate our engineers and partners so that we can fully tailor our support services – adhering to any regulations within the country or industry, the time zone, the local language and the unique service requirements of our clients’ businesses.
