ESP has just opened a regional operations centre in Singapore, in order to more efficiently provide bespoke IT services to our customers in Southeast Asia. This is our second new regional operations centre in three months, as we also opened a centre in Australia in July.By operating from strategic locations around the world, we are able to deliver on our promise of providing tailored IT solutions to global customers with a service that is truly local.
Our new Singapore office
The office is located perfectly between Singapore’s Changi Airport and the city, putting us in an ideal spot to deliver fast, efficient and reliable IT services to all of our customers. It is situated next to a mass rapid transit (MRT) station so that our engineers can travel to and from the city without any unnecessary delays – enabling us to provide global IT solutions with all the efficiency of a local service.
Our new office in Singapore will be home to a team of ESP engineers, as well as a team who manages regional service delivery, account management and business development in Singapore. It will operate in coordination with our other regional operations centres in Latin America, the Caribbean, the Far East, Central Southern Asia, Europe, Australasia and the US, helping us to streamline our services around the world.
Enhancing our services for Singapore customers
ESP has a rapidly growing customer base in Singapore and other Southeast Asian regions, and although we have been delivering service there for some time, opening a local branch is an important step in improving our service offering for this key client base, and directly growing ESP’s presence in Southeast Asia.
