Here at ESP, we are constantly searching for new locations in which we can open regional operations centres or offices. We are delighted to say that our latest branch has just opened in Switzerland, enabling us to further streamline our service offering in Central Europe. This is the fourth new ESP centre to open in 14 months (Australia in July 2015; Singapore in September 2015; and Argentina in April 2016), and shows how rapidly we are expanding. We now have supported locations in Latin America, the Caribbean, the Far East, Central Southern Asia, Europe, Australasia and the US.
As we extend our reach across the world, we want each of our clients to feel as though they are receiving a truly local service, with all the benefits of a global company. Wherever they are based, their service will be tailored to their location’s time zone, language, regulations and currency, and delivered with speed, accuracy and excellent customer service. Opening strategically placed centres around the world enables us to do this, as our Regional Field Services Managers are able to deal directly with key authorities, clients and partners.
ESP’s new Swiss operations centre
Opening a regional operations centre in Switzerland is part of ESP’s extensive programme of localization that aims to ensure our IT support services and solutions can be delivered fluently in multiple countries around the world. As well as having dedicated ESP staff and engineers on-hand in Switzerland to implement, maintain, repair and upgrade local clients’ IT systems, the new centre will mean that our customers have a key point of contact in their own country.
