We are delighted to announce that the ESP team has just had a big win, landing a five-year contract with global IT company Wipro! We will be helping Wipro deliver support to a global ingredients manufacturer in more than 40 countries. This is a hugely exciting project for us, as it presents us with the opportunity to truly get to know the ins and outs of this company’s IT requirements, and be able to consistently add to our offering to ensure we meet the company’s exact needs over the next five years.
Expert engineers for their global locations
In partnership with Wipro, ESP's engineers will be providing end user computing support to their customer across all its key global locations – there are 86 locations in total, spanning North America, Latin America (LATAM), Asia Pacific (APAC), and Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). We will be doing so through our managed workforce solution, which involves deploying full-time engineers (32 to begin with) at their global locations so that they are available in person whenever one of the company's end users needs them. For a large company like this, moving to a managed workforce can present challenges, but ESP knows just how to handle the transition to ensure that it's as smooth as possible. Saying that, it will definitely be all hands on deck!
