ESP has been selected to provide a global news and culture publisher with a managed workforce at its offices in New York and London. This is the latest step in the company’s drive towards streamlining its global services. We are absolutely thrilled to be supporting such a prestigious company, and look forward to getting started.
We were approached by Cognizant – experts in providing information technology and business process services, and the company that hosts and delivers the publisher’s back office systems – to provide a team of full-time engineers that will deliver onsite IT support services.
ESP’s bespoke IT support
The publisher has locations all over the world, which is why it’s important that it can access engineers that understand the pressures of providing consistent services anywhere in the world. Our team of expert ESP engineers will deliver onsite services and work full-time with the publisher’s teams in New York and London, supporting the end users and rectifying any IT issues that they encounter.
Our team of engineers will take instruction from Cognizant’s customer for this project, providing the exact solution they need. While we will not give day to day direction to our technicians in this contract, we will be implementing our managed workforce tools so that we can track their backfill requirements.
We will also be providing them with on-demand visiting services across their other global locations. This involves responding to and resolving service issues within as short a time as possible – without needing to place a team of engineers onsite.
