Introducing Lucie Ryan, ESP’s new Service Delivery Director.


We are delighted to welcome Lucie Ryan who joins us as Service Delivery Director from her most recent role at Vodafone.

Passionate about IT from a young age, Lucie learnt by reading, researching and putting her passion into practice as a hobby until - working in the travel industry in an un-related area - her interest and ability was noticed. This kicked off a career trajectory that has seen her gain skills and expertise throughout the field, and it is her thirst for knowledge that has led to an in-depth understanding of both the current technological landscape and where the industry might go from here.

An ability to bring to life even the most complex of concepts has meant she is in demand as an industry advocate and thought leader. It has also enabled her to enthuse and develop the teams she has managed in her career – often more than 150 people – and Lucie has spoken at a wide variety of industry events about the importance of teamwork and happy customers. This has led to her being a judge for the Service Desk Institute which is a role she’s happy to continue on behalf of ESP this year.

Experienced in Customer Service, Lucie is always thinking about how to deliver the best outcome through exemplary service. She is focused on finding both ongoing solutions to enable business effectiveness and ways to change and evolve operations to the benefit of all concerned, and was recently highly commended by the British Computer Society for Transformational Projects.

Lucie’s role is to direct the delivery of all our contracted services around the globe, ensuring we delight our customers at every opportunity via a mix of leading-edge services and an engaged and motivated workforce.
