ESP has been awarded the terminal technical support services (TTSS) contract to support the Information Technology & Digital systems and applications for JFKIAT, the operator of Terminal 4 at John F. Kennedy International Airport.
This collaboration is focused on providing a unified dashboard view into all JFKIAT’s IT service management functions, and will provide a 24/7 IT service desk, IT operations, and maintenance support services across Terminal 4. The partnership will support JFKIAT’s future strategic development and expansion plans.
Andy Jenner, ESP’s CEO commented, “With a pedigree in aviation IT support and a growing presence in North America, ESP is delighted to have been chosen to deliver our industry leading support services to JFKIAT and their stakeholders. We are excited to be playing a part in assisting JFKIAT in delivering their strategic vision for Terminal 4 and we look forward to a long partnership with them.”
“We were looking for an aviation technology partner who could provide the agility and flexibility to manage our day to day IT support operations well, and also partner with us to transform and innovate together with JFKIAT,” said Steve Tukavkin, Vice President of IT & Digital at JFKIAT. “The new three-year outsourcing arrangement with ESP will allow us to work together to deliver a first class customer service to our airlines and end users whilst also driving operational efficiencies across our broad IT and digital technology environment.”
