On 31st May 2017, ESP's new global operations centre was officially opened at our HQ in Reading by Alok Sharma, MP for Reading West. The opening of the new centre is hugely exciting for everyone at ESP, as it signifies the continuation of our global expansion and our position as a major force in global end user computing support. The purpose-built operations centre will serve as the epicentre of our 24-hour global IT service delivery –coordinating our engineers and operations around the world, while also managing thousands of global service requests.
As our project of global expansion drives on, we will open more and more ESP branches in strategic locations around the world, as these are integral to our aim of delivering services that feel local. So far, we have branches in Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, the US, Trinidad, the UK, Belgium, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Greece, Italy, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines and Australia. Our HQ in Reading has always been at the core of our global service offering, and will continue to be. Indeed, it is home to 100 of our 400 team members. This is why it is the perfect situation for the new centre, enabling us to further expand and streamline our global IT services.
