You will be the first point of contact for our customers and users, logging, diagnosing, and resolving their issues. You will work with other teams and resolution groups, following defined processes and procedures. You will also provide excellent customer service and communication in both languages. If you know Portuguese, it will be a great advantage.
You will need to have:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Service Desk agent
- A good understanding of IT networks and IT fundamentals.
- Knowledge of call management systems, preferably ServiceNow.
You will need to be self-motivated, willing to learn and adapt, and passionate about technology.
