Back to all search resultsAs a Field Service Dispatch Administrator, you will be responsible for the sourcing, onboarding, scheduling, and coordinating of Field Service Engineers working on behalf of ESP using the Field Nation platform. In addition, the role will also include generating, publishing, and managing the reports for all work undertaken through the Field Nation platform.
This is a 5-months role that will provide support for the customer Contract in the USA.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying talent pools of Field Service Engineers to ensure coverage for specified contract(s) where ESP requires an FSE to attend the customer’s site
- Coordinate the provision of contractors to attend dispatch tickets utilizing Field Nation.
- Building and maintaining engineering talent pools, aligning skillsets with the required sites.
- Scheduling Engineers to ensure sufficient resources are always available, including all planned and emergency absences.
- Load and maintain location and contract data in ServiceNow, including imported data from Field Nation
- Ad-hoc reporting on volume and performance of Field Nation dispatch services
- Act as a point of contact to advise on administrative/procedural/system-related queries and, in addition, help to facilitate the resolution of any matters that require input from other departments.
- Review invoices with the Service Delivery Managers to ensure the accuracy of billed vs. actual costs incurred.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At least 2/3 years’ experience in a customer-facing / customer service role, with an IT background for the role holder to perform fully and effectively in the job
- High proficiency using IT systems, preferably workforce management systems and call management systems (ServiceNow).
- Proficient in English, business fluent level, both spoken and written
- Excellent use of MS Office products and O365
- Ability to manage time-sensitive matters and resolve issues through to completion.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to any new change or situation
- Process-driven with the ability to be innovative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with customers at all levels
Location and Schedule:
- Based in Chaguanas, Trinidad.
- Monday to Friday covering 8:00 am to 18:00 pm.
