Supplier Invoice Analyst – Join Our Team and Make an Impact!

We’re looking for a Supplier Invoice Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in managing and optimising the supplier invoicing process.

What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our supplier invoicing operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with contractual agreements. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Invoice Creation & Validation: Accurately generate invoices in ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with closed tasks, tickets, and agreed pricing models. The ideal candidate will be able to interpret commercial service contracts and consultatively manage any deputes or errors in line with pre-determined pricing models.  
  • Data Analysis & Reconciliation: Analyse financial data, reconcile tickets with dispatched services, and ensure all charges are captured and billed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success Managers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve queries and disputes promptly.
  • Reporting: Prepare supplier invoice documentation and financial reports, highlighting cumulative costs and unresolved items.
  • System Optimisation: Leverage systems like ServiceNow to automate and streamline billing workflows.

What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Essential Experience: End-to-end invoice processing expertise, with proficiency in financial tools like Microsoft Dynamics.
  • ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with systems such as ServiceNow, SAP, or Oracle for invoice creation and ticket management.
  • Contract Savvy: Ability to extract and interpret relevant details from contracts and Statements of Work.
  • Detail-Oriented Approach: Exceptional attention to detail, especially in ensuring invoice accuracy, service contract compliance, and ticket matching.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Communication Strength: Clear and confident communication with both internal teams and external suppliers.
