IT Compliance Manager – Reading

Role purpose

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who will take of IT Compliance and will be supporting the business with ongoing management of IT and business Policies, Processes and Procedures. You’ll also be ensuring that IT Changes are implemented safely with reduced risk, reducing reoccurring issues via Problem Management, and playing a key role in shaping regulatory and statutory Compliance within the business. You would be reporting to  the Head of Infrastructure and working along side various function managers as required.
What you will be doing :

·       Oversee and govern compliance with ISO20000 IT Service Management, ISO27001 Information Security, ISO22301 Business Continuity, and ISO9001 Quality Management standards.
·       Manage and implement procedures for Change Management, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
·       Chair CAB Meetings, ensure all Changes are vetted and managing the CMDB.
·       Continuously look for automation opportunities for IT Service Management
·       Proactively address and resolve issues through effective Problem Management strategies.
·       Facilitate Knowledge Management practices to enhance organizational learning and efficiency.
·       Monthly and annual KPI and service reporting
·       Internal and External Audits
·       IT and Business Risk Assessments
What you will bring to ESP:

·       At least 5 year’s experience  in managing IT compliance, with a strong focus on ISO standards.
·       In-depth knowledge of Change Management, Problem Management, and Knowledge Management principles.
·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
·       Experience or certification in relevant ISO standards (ISO20000, ISO27001, ISO22301, ISO9001).
·       Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance strategies.
·       Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
·       Experience in drafting Policies, Processes and Procedure
·       Time Management Skills
·       IT Technical background
·       Stakeholder Management
