Join our team as an IT Desktop Infrastructure Technician and support enterprise IT operations with hands-on troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.

Working on-site in Allschwil from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
· Advanced experience in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing desktops, laptops, printers, and a wide range of peripheral devices.
· Troubleshoot and repair more complex hardware issues independently (e.g.,
motherboard failures, network card issues, advanced printer troubleshooting).
and troubleshooting hardware at physical locations with minimal supervision or
guidance. Escalating complex network hardware issues
· Software/OS Deployment: Supports OS/software deployments, and operating systems using tools like MSCM, WDS, Intune, and other enterprise-level deployment tools.
· Desk-side support: Take on higher-level break/fix issues for desktops and
laptops, including operating system (Windows, macOS) repair, registry fixes, and complex software conflicts.
· Troubleshooting antivirus and anti-spyware software: Handling escalated software installation or troubleshooting issues that Level 1 engineers cannot resolve.
What will you bring to ESP?
· Experience: 3-5 years providing IT infrastructure support, including hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting
· Languages: A minimum B2+ (CERF) in both English and German
· Technical skills: Good command of Windows O/S, Active Directory, Knowledge of LAN-WAN setups and concepts, MSCM, WDS, Intune
· Certifications: CompTIA A+ (or willingness to obtain), ITIL knowledge is a plus.
· Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
