ESP Global Services is hiring a passionate and tech-savvy Field Services Engineer to join our team in the Southwest. As a managed service provider, we offer 24/7 IT support globally, and you’ll play a key role in delivering first and second-line support to our customers across the region. You’ll be supporting hardware, software, and peripherals in various client environments.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide desktop support for hardware/software issues (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.).
- Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Offer desk-side support for OS administration and common software systems.
- Handle service calls with professionalism and expertise.
- Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Work flexible hours, including potential weekend shifts (holiday cover in busy airport locations).
What You Bring:
- 1-2 years of hands-on PC and laptop service experience.
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
- Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations and varying shifts.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
