Back to all search resultsAs the Field Services Engineer you will represent ESP in the provision of 1st and 2nd line support for all customer contracts located within an assigned region. You will fix both hardware and software issues reported by the customer within our agreed service levels during working hours, no on-call service.

Patches will depend upon your location:
· Are you located within 50km of Utrecht, flexible to travel?
· Are you located between The Hague and Amsterdam?
· Are you located between Apeldoorn and Zwolle?

Role & Responsibilities:
- Respond and troubleshoot problems on assigned tickets within agreed SLA’s.
- Fully committed to maintaining and driving up customer satisfaction.
- Always maintain a high level of communication with customers, colleagues and senior members of staff.
- Respond to calls received in line with the defined processes.
- Provide deskside maintenance support as required or requested by your line manager within your area of operations.
- Perform interventions following up helpdesk calls as soon as possible and within the terms of the customer contract.
- Report and escalate all observed problems to proper operational escalation points.
- Conduct repairs and initiate the return of faulty customer equipment according to the customer maintenance contract.
- Conduct Preventative Maintenance as when required.
- Ensure the shortest possible turnaround repair cycle by undertaking local repairs of faulty items and closely monitoring the replacement of faulty items.
Your Experience:
- Between 1-3 years of experience working on site providing IT Support (Leve1 or 2). Salary will be dependant upon experience.
- Proficient level of Dutch, French and English language. Languages are evaluated during the selection process.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft Software, Operating Systems and MDM (Mobile Device Management)
- An understanding of network protocols, server hardware and configurations or other IT qualifications
- Full driving license
We offer:
ESP offers a basic salary ranging from €42,000 – €48,000 + company car + holiday pay + days for annual leave+ pension + referral bonus + Perkbox discounts, and a wealth of ongoing training and career development.
This role is working Monday – Friday and covering the hours of 09:00 am – 17:00 pm
