As the IT Support Engineer, you will represent ESP in the provision of deskside support and join our dedicated onsite teams, collaborating closely with our customers. You will provide on-site IT support resolving desktop problems and maintaining hardware in line with defined operating procedures and within agreed contractual service levels within a corporate environment permanently.

We are looking for people who are passionate about technology and increasing their existing knowledge, whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, printers, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Providing on-site repair services for laptops and desktops.
  • Manage desktop configurations, including updates and hardware replacements.
  • Review and maintain security profiles and antivirus software.
  • This role will be Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:30, on-site assistance.

Skills & Experience:

  • 2-4 years in IT support.
  • Business proficient in Dutch and English (B2-C1)
  • Desk-side support, PC break/repair, Windows operating system management.
  • Team player with good knowledge of Microsoft software and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Understanding of wireless networks.

We offer:
ESP offers a basic salary ranging from €45,000, depending on your experience.
