About the Job:
As Service Delivery – Solution Pricing Analyst you will lead, manage and deliver complex multi-service line pricing and solutions models for new business opportunities throughout the bid lifecycle. Manage the commercial pricing model process, provide commercial pricing and client relationship support to assigned customers and manage the opportunity pricing responses utilizing agreed Commercial Pricing Models. To provide a detailed analysis of new business opportunities, identifying potential risks and benefits to ESP.

What will you do?:

  • To analyze each business opportunity, identifying potential risks and benefits to ESP
  • Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with key players on named customers and respond to all bid / pricing inquiries in a timely manner following the bid process governance model and agreed Commercial Pricing Models.
  • Provide complex, multi-service line cost modelling, including full P&L analysis ensuring allocated sales opportunities are commercially and operationally viable.
  • Provide detailed analysis, commentary and context on proposed commercial solutions at Bid Review Meetings, identifying and advising the Directors and responsible Sales Account Manager on the risks and benefits, as well as the resource commitments, revenue and margins for the proposed solution.
  • Provide bespoke pricing models and quotations for individual/specific projects as required.
  • Liaise with the Service Delivery and Operational teams to ensure that key stakeholders are fully briefed and kept updated on the status of opportunity pricing requests and business take-on likelihood.
  • Ensure correct pricing governance and review is carried out on Bid responses.
  • Formulate and maintain robust and tested, country-specific Commercial Pricing Models for new sales opportunities ensuring that targeted profit margins are achieved.
  • As required work with members of the sales team and conduct commercial negotiations with the customer on proposed pricing.
  • Provide clarification to the customer on any proposed prices and demonstrate strong commercial acumen and influencing skills to ensure that targeted margins are delivered.
  • Provide support and guidance to all members of the sales team throughout the bid process ensuring that robust, quality information is included in all submissions.
  • Develop strong relationships with the Partner Engagement and Finance Teams to establish protocols for ensuring that pricing accuracy is maintained on the Commercial Pricing Models
  • Responsible for the on-going development of the Standard pricing models.
  • Assist with developing the Service Catalogue.
  • You will be working hybrid (3 days at the office and 2 remotely); covering the hours from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM US Central time. 

What will you bring to ESP?

  • At least 3 years’ experience supporting USA, Canadian or European organizations.
  • Proficient in English to a business fluent level, both spoken and written
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills for cost modeling
  • Previous experience creating business cases and pricing models
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: the ability to communicate with customers at all levels
