The ServiceNow Developer will assist in the technical design and development of the tool, coordinating with stakeholders in building the solution and supporting its continual improvement.
What will you do?:
- Participate in the technical design and implementation of functionalities, features, and integrations with minimal supervision.
- Will be responsible to develop and implement different ServiceNow applications and integrations from initiation to completion, tailored to the customer requirements using scripted rest API, web services and integration hub.
- Understand the business process and functions to determine and propose the needed solution for the project.
- Analyze and create process and project- related documentation.
- Maintain technical documentation and assist/participate in QA and user training activities.
- Understanding of the project delivery lifecycle and processes and their implementation.
- Scripting (JavaScript) for different modules for writing Rules, Updating/creating workflows, APIs etc.
- Solving complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment.
- Having a strong focus on code quality and reusability
What will you bring to ESP?
- 3-5 years of hands on experience with ServiceNow development.
- 3-5 years of experience working on Workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Flow Designer.
- 3-5 years of experience in using ITSM, CSM ,FSM, HSRD modules.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Service Now Core API’s.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written &verbal), collaboration, and documentation skills.
- Service Now Certification CSA,CAD,CIS preferred.
