Talent Acquisition Specialist – Maternity Cover (12 months contract)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.  As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our organization’s growth and success.

What will you do?

  • Liaising with Hiring Managers to accurately understand the vacancy requirements (accountabilities and person specification), drafting compelling copy to maximise attraction
  • Direct pro-active sourcing of potential candidates via databases, job boards, social media and referrals
  • Leveraging the information contained within our candidate database to ensure quality candidate pools are maintained and actively managed
  • Acting as a Company ambassador, promoting its culture and values to potential candidates
  • Managing the end to end recruitment process for assigned vacancies including :
  • managing the administration of applications through our applicant tracking system
  • conducting thorough telephone screening of potential candidates
  • short-listing credible, quality candidates for line managers
  • conducting interviews with line managers
  • providing feedback to candidates
  • making job offers and conducting remuneration package negotiations
  • working closely with the HR Team to ensure job offers and internal moves / promotions are communicated in writing

What you will bring?

  • Proficient English language skills ( German is desirable )
  • At least 2 year’s experience working internal or in an agency recruitment 
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Familiar with social media channels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS’s)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field

  • A salary range between 5000 – 6000 net Ron per month inclusive of  meal allowance ( this range depends upon your experience)
  • Paid holiday allowance is 20 days per year + public holidays
  • Monday to Friday from 9am – 17:30pm , 3 days WFO and 2 days WFH.
