With subsidiaries in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, and Peru, LATAM is the largest airline in Latin America.
Aligning the Brock SmartBag BRS with ESP’s support services, this project is geared up to improve overall bag room performance with a reduced amount of mishandled and delayed bags. With airport staff equipped with the latest technology for tracking baggage and dedicated IT support, this partnership alleviates strain on customer and airport resources while improving the traveller experience.
