ESP wins two new contracts to deliver airline IT support in US, Asia-Pacific
New successes leverage ESP’s deep understanding of the aviation market
ESP Global Services has recently achieved two major contract wins that will see it deliver multi-year IT support for airlines based in the US and the Asia-Pacific region.
The end customers are major airlines, both of which will receive IT support from onsite and dispatch ESP engineers in multiple locations both domestically and internationally. These new customers will add to a wide range of aviation and travel customers that ESP already supports worldwide.
ESP will be providing 24/7 support that is managed by a dedicated service delivery team. We will be providing security cleared engineers to support all operational systems, as well as back-office and corporate IT.
Given the breadth of locations that will be covered, ESP will provide services on a tiered basis so that the support can be varied depending on the scale and complexity of each site.
